We're pleased to communicate that partner Annet van Hooft, from our Arbitration group, will be a speaker at the event "Arbitrating in the European Union: Leaving the Rhetoric Behind and Building the Realities Ahead", organised by the Queen Mary University of London. In the event she will speak about the mandatory principles of EU law and whether they are a protection or a barrier to arbitrate. She will also discuss the role of anti-suit injunctions in preserving the integrity of arbitration agreements, in the greater context of arbitrating in the European Union.
