Warren Wayne, Head of Bird & Bird's International Trade Secrets Group will present a case study highlighting current trade secret protection in Europe & China, the dramatic changes to European laws expected in 2015 & the implication for businesses in China. He will be joined by Andrew Macintosh, Associate Director from Control Risks, who will also share experience in data protection, as well as the immediate steps to be taken in order to secure and collect crucial evidence in the event of a data breach.
