The Bird & Bird Associates hosted an In Focus seminar entitled: 'All for One and One for All? A Pan-European debate on the proposed unitary patent system' on Thursday 20 September 2012.

This seminar provided perspectives on the proposed unitary patent system from the judiciary, in-house counsel, the UK, Germany and France.
