Luke is an associate with Bird & Bird’s Asia Dispute Resolution Group in Hong Kong.
Luke graduated from the University of Melbourne with Bachelor degrees in both Arts and Laws (with honours). He was admitted as a solicitor in Victoria in 2001.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2006, Luke was a Senior Associate with a major Australian law firm in Melbourne.
Luke has extensive experience acting for clients in complex commercial litigation matters. He regularly advises clients in relation to shareholder disputes; joint venture and partnership disputes; various breach of contract claims and insolvency matters.
Luke also has significant experience advising clients in relation to regulatory disputes and has acted for the Australian competition regulator, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), prosecuting companies for price fixing and other anti-competitive conduct.
Luke has a strong understanding of the telecommunications and technology sectors and has previously undertaken a secondment with Telstra Corporation Ltd.
