Laura joined Bird & Bird’s Milan office in November 2006, as a member of the firm's Corporate Group. She had previously worked at “Studio Legale Mucciarelli-Pedrazzi” since 2003. Laura is fully experienced in commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on white collar crime law.
She is author of several articles on commercial law and she collaborates as a frequent contributor to “Rivista delle società”. Laura regularly attends seminars and workshops and is also Lecturer of Commercial Law at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan. Furthermore she is completing the Ph.D. course on “Internal and International Commercial Law” at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan and she is writing her final thesis.
Laura graduated summa cum laude at the “L. Bocconi” University of Milan in 2003. She was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2006.
Laura’s mother tongue is Italian. She also speaks German, French and English.
