Katia Duncker is a senior associate based in Bird & Bird's Helsinki office. She is head of the Finnish Competition Group, and specialises in competition law matters, public procurement and M&A for clients within various sectors.
She has extensive experience advising on commercial and corporate M&A transactions. In addition, Katia also has experience in litigation proceedings relating to competition law and public procurement matters.
Katia was educated at the University of Helsinki (LLM) and is a member of the Finnish Association for Competition law, being one of the Association’s board members since 2006.
