Karl joined Bird & Bird in March 2007 and works within the Commercial Group.
Karl specialises in advising both customers and suppliers involved in large scale technology and business process outsourcing transactions and all aspects of commercial law. He has particular experience in the area of communication and technology law having worked as in-house counsel for Cable & Wireless where he dealt with all manner of telecommunication products, network, licensing and market data agreements.
Aside from advising clients on the law, Karl is particularly interested in learning of new developments in the technology law sector.
