• Advising on several real estate finance deals in the UK
• Advising on international real estate and project finance deals (including transactions in Germany and the Middle East)
• Advising a bank on a cross border merger
• Advising on acquisition finance (including financial assistance issues and “whitewash” procedures)
• Advising on regulatory matters in the banking and financial markets
• Acting for insolvency practitioners in corporate and personal insolvency proceedings.

Jenny recently completed a secondment with a major European aviation client where she worked as part of the in-house legal team and with the commercial team negotiating aircraft procurement and maintenance contracts.
