Within these sectors she advises extensively on the acquisition and exploitation of IP based rights and businesses such as advertising, sponsorship, merchandising, broadcasting and publishing. Much of Felicity's work involves advice in respect of new digital forms of distribution and delivery including digital broadcasting and the Internet.
