Emily qualified into Bird & Bird’s Employment Group in September 2006, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2004.
Emily works on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She has experience of drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks and employee and executive terminations. She advises clients on a variety of issues including discrimination, unfair dismissal and TUPE transfers. Emily is familiar with tribunal preparation work and has assisted with the running of claims in the Employment Tribunal.
Emily graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Jurisprudence from St Johns College, Oxford.
