David trained at Bird & Bird and qualified into the Commercial Group in London in September 2006.
He regularly advises on a range of commercial contracts including software licences, hardware procurement and outsourcing agreements and B2B and B2C e-commerce. David acts for both customers and suppliers and has particular experience in the communications, e-commerce and IT sectors.
David is a fluent French speaker.
