Constance de La Hosseraye is the partner in charge of the Real Estate Department of Bird & Bird in Paris. She was admitted as lawyer in 1992, and has a master’s degree in business and tax law, and a postgraduate degree in French, European and international litigation.

Constance advises and assists French and international institutional investors, as well as users or promoters through all stages of their real estate projects, beginning with the acquisition or sale and continuing during the entire period that assets are held, with the goal of optimising their valuation.

She also advises on asset management, in particular for the negotiation of leases and resolving problems related to environmental law (asbestos, classified activities, soil pollution, etc.) and worksite safety.

She has extensive experience in litigation of civil, commercial and criminal matters.
