Christian Curtil is appointed to the bars of Paris and Berlin. He bears a DEA in European Law from the University of Paris Sorbonne and an LLM from New York University and is fluent in three languages.

As a Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage in 1997, he used his experience acquired in business law to specialise in white collar criminal litigation.

He founded the Law Office Curtil & Honnorat in 2000 and joined Bird & Bird in October 2004.

His main activities include:

• the assistance of indicted persons or victims before all criminal courts
• the advice in the prevention of the increasing number of criminal offences under French Law
