Chris is a junior associate in the Banking & Finance Team at Bird & Bird, having joined the firm from niche City practice Devonshires in September 2007 where, as a trainee solicitor, he gained experience in real estate, litigation and banking/finance.  His experience at Bird & Bird to date includes working on the finance aspects of corporate restructuring and acquisitions, working on the finance aspects of a major mobile telecoms 3G network sharing agreement, as well as general banking work including stock finance agreements, e-commerce merchant agreements and advising on e-money regulation.  On the aviation asset management side, he is currently acting for a consortium of European banks on a complex sale and lease of three Airbus A321 aircraft.

Chris has lived and worked in Hong Kong for a number of years, and speaks Cantonese.
