Caroline holds an LLM in Corporate Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Business and Tax Law. She qualified as a French Lawyer in 2001 and joined Bird & Bird in September 2005, having previously worked with Lovells.
Caroline advises on acquisitions, restructuring of companies and private equity transactions. She regularly advises investments funds companies in respect of their acquisitions, transfers and investments.
