Annamaria Algieri is an Italian and European Trademark attorney with experience in Italian and European intellectual property law, representing clients from a wide range of industries.

She has a particular experience in trademark/design proceedings, in particular in obtaining trademarks and designs and in opposition procedures before the European Trademark Office.

In addition, she has experience in managing trade mark portfolios and advising on branding strategies.

Annamaria is graduated in Foreign Language and Literature. She is registered as Italian Trademark Agent and Professional Representative before the OHIM (Community Trademark and Design Office) since 2007.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2009, Annamaria worked for about three years at Barzanò & Zanardo (Milan) in the Trademark Department and for about 6 years as Italian and European Trademark Attorney at the Patent and Trademark Law Firm Notarbartolo & Gervasi (Milan).
