Guilhem holds a Postgraduate degree in Private Law (University of Paris II Pantheon Assas), a Master’s degree in Litigation Law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), and a Master’s degree in Philosophy.

After completing his training in insurance companies and law firms specialised in business litigation, he joined the Litigation and Aviation department of the Bird & Bird Paris Office in 2010.

Guilhem intervenes in various domestic and international product liability disputes, aviation and commercial disputes. He also advises clients in the fields of aviation regulation, insurance law, and international campaigns of recalls of defective products.
