The Arbitration practice has extensive experience representing clients in complex, high value national and international arbitrations, in both ad-hoc-arbitrations and arbitrations according to the rules of ICC, DIS, UNCITRAL, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC, ICSID, SCC, CAS, WIPO. The group provides legal advice as well as representation at all stages of the proceedings. Further, the members of the group serve as arbitrators.
