As part of their International Corporate Group, Bird & Bird will appoint Kerstin Mast as a new partner in the Düsseldorf office on 1 April 2011. Kerstin joins from German firm Noerr, where she specialises in M&A and corporate advisory work for clients in industries such as energy, media and advertising, food and logistics.
A significant part of Kerstin’s practice comprises international clients across Europe, the UK and the US, so Bird & Bird’s geographic footprint and sector focus is an ideal platform from which to offer her clients the comprehensive coverage they need.

Kerstin’s appointment follows on from corporate/commercial partner Weishi Li in Shanghai and corporate partner Ludo Deklerck in Brussels joining Bird & Bird.
