Pieter is Head of the Tax and Real Estate Practice Groups in The Netherlands and co- Head of the International Tax Group of Bird & Bird. For almost two decades he has worked in the international tax area with a focus on tax structuring of funds, M&A, joint ventures and transactions. Pieter has considerable experience with real estate transactions, finance- and holding companies and trade mark planning for both Dutch and international clients.
