Pekka Raatikainen is a partner in Bird & Bird´s Helsinki office and the head of the Finnish Communications and Energy Groups. Pekka has extensive experience in advising clients on commercial, IP and dispute resolution issues both on a national and international level. He is also continuously involved in co-ordination and running of various zoning and construction projects.
Pekka is a CEDR accredited mediator and received his master of law degree from the University of Helsinki in 1992. He is also an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Finnish Industrial Property Rights Association and the Finnish IT-law Association.
