Fabian has extensive experience in technology, IT, convergence and commercial transactions, projects and outsourcings. He is specialised in the drafting and negotiating of complex contracts, software, hardware, copyright and licence issues and related disputes as well as regulatory issues in m-/e-commerce, web 2.0, convergence, media and broadcasting and IT security and data protection. Fabian has in-depth experience and a specific reputation in legal issues related to technology convergence and virtualization, such as copyright levies and cloud computing.
