Benjamine Fiedler was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989. Since April 2000 she has led the employment department of Bird & Bird.

She holds a degree in Business Law from the University of Nanterre, Paris X and has also pursued an MBA course at the University of New York.

Focusing on employment and social security law, she generally assists her clients in employment law matters, in particular with respect to individual employee relations as opposed to the collective aspects of a company. She defends the interests of her clients before the Labour Tribunal.

Author of numerous articles on employment law, notably on the subject of information technology. Benjamine is also a speaker at numerous conferences on this subject.
