Currently our team consists of more than 30 lawyers including 15 certified attorneys. This gives us strong position on the Polish legal market.

We have a team of six experienced lawyers joining our Warsaw team as of 1 May to form a key banking & finance practice within our Central European network. All six team members come from local boutique firm LEXdirekt. The group brings many years of experience in providing legal services in banking and finance (incorporating banking products; transactions involving structured finance, mezzanine finance and debt securities issues; financial services regulatory; and capital markets - including public placements, asset management and investment funds, PE transactions, litigation, arbitration, ADR, debt recovery, bankruptcy and restructuring).
The new group will contribute to the development and growth of the Polish banking and finance team and will be complementary to our existing corporate and IT law practice teams in Warsaw. The appointments also provide additional support to the global Bird & Bird network |
