Fredrik has extensive experience in working with large complex outsourcing deals comprising several jurisdictions

Fredrik joined Bird & Bird as a Senior Associate in October 2011 and is Head of the Outsourcing Group in the Stockholm office. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial and IT related matters, including complex local and cross-boarder IT and outsourcing transactions.

Fredrik previously worked as General Counsel at Capgemini in Sweden and before that as a lawyer at one of the larger law firms in Sweden.
