The recent merger between Bird & Bird and Lane & Partners has consolidated two leading commercial aviation practices into one of the most comprehensive aviation commercial legal teams in Europe.
The integration of the two firms adds Bird & Bird’s UK strength in aircraft asset management and complex defence contracting, to Lane & Partners’ expertise in civil aviation regulatory matters, aircraft insurance and leasing disputes and UK and European competition law.
