Mikko Ahonen is a senior associate based in Bird & Bird's Helsinki office. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate, commercial and real estate matters. He has broad experience in advising on and negotiating a wide range of corporate, private equity and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird Mikko worked in another leading Finnish law firm.
