Catrin Agerhäll is an associate in the Intellectual Property, IT and Commercial groups at the Stockholm office. She advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters, and deals with various issues related to commercial contracts and market law for both national and international clients, primarily active within the IT and media sectors.
Catrin was educated at Uppsala University (LLM) and also at Victoria University Law School in Wellington, New Zealand, before joining Bird & Bird in 2007.
Catrin is a member of the Swedish Organization for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR), Swedish Copyright Association (SFU), Swedish Anti Counterfeit Group (SACG), the Swedish Market Law Association and the Swedish Information Processing Society.
Catrin is further one of the authors to the Swedish section of the book “International Electronic Evidence”, which was published in 2008 by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
