Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he worked at the Spanish law firm Uría Menéndez, where he gained broad experience in the fields of company law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, commercial contracts and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master degree in International Business Law (LLM) from the San Pablo CEU University.
