Kai Hsiang served his pupillage in Alban Tay Mahtani & de Silva LLP and joined as a legal associate in 2006. He has been actively involved in various aspects of intellectual property practice, including intellectual property litigation, anti-counterfeiting, copyright licensing, patents, trade marks, and passing-off. Kai Hsiang has also advised on issues relating to data privacy and data protection.
Kai Hsiang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Honours) degree in 2005. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2006.
Kai Hsiang serves as a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
