The Arbitration Practice Group has extensive experience representing clients, as counsel and also as arbitrators (sole arbitrator or member/chairman of arbitral tribunals), in complex, high profile and value domestic and international arbitrations, ad hoc and institutional under the rules of the world's leading arbitral rules (ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, WIPO, SCC, Milan Chamber of Commerce, Geneva Chamber of Commerce) and under a variety of jurisdictions and systems of law.
The group provides legal advice as well as representation at all stages of the proceedings also providing assistance for the prevention and/or amicable settlement of the disputes. We also advise with reference to the enforcement and setting aside of awards before the national courts.
