ATMD Bird & Bird is delighted to announce the addition of US Patent Attorney, Robert Scott, who joins the IP group, boosting the pool of talent in its patent team.
With more than 15 years of experience in U.S. and international intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights in the U.S., Europe and Asia, Robert counsels domestic and international clients on intellectual property matters from complex patent specification drafting and complex prosecution including U.S. Re-examination and Interference practice, to patent infringement, product clearance, and freedom to operate opinions. He has also provided guidance on strategic management of patent portfolios and improving in-house operations including raising intellectual property awareness.
