Mark has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations,  IPOs, public equity and capital issues, private equity & venture capital and public takeovers. He also provides general & strategic corporate advice to a wide range of international companies.

Mark's primary focus is advising on international and cross-border deals. His recent experience includes advising: Salesforce.com on its acquisition of Informavores; i2 Technologies Inc (a leading global provider of supply chain solutions) on its acquisition by JDA Software Group Inc; Bateman Engineering NV on its $47 million acquisition of the Delkor Group (which included acquisitions in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia) and Team Relocation group its acquisition of the continental moving business of Sirva Worldwide, Inc. (in 13 countries); GEA Group on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Eurotek Engineering and Swedish company; Eniro on its $1.2 billion acquisition of Norwegian rival Findexa; and Mattel, Inc. on its $75 million acquisition of Origin Products (owner of IP rights of Polly Pocket).
