Jeremy is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Group.

He has extensive experience acting for clients, including investment banks, multi-nationals and public bodies, in a wide range of contentious commercial matters often with an international element. He has particular expertise advising clients on disputes and risk management issues in the banking and financial services sector (including in relation to complex structured products) as well as disputes in the communications and IT sectors often involving complex technical issues. In addition, he regularly advises clients (both customers and suppliers) on public procurement challenges and related issues.

Jeremy is a regular speaker at seminars and contributor to legal publications. He is highly recommended in the UK Legal 500. In addition to being UK qualified he is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
