Slovakia
Aviation has become one of the main areas of focus for the Bratislava Office. In connection with recent wave of insolvencies in the aviation business, we have developed a deep understanding of key challenges facing the industry. Our lawyers worked on financing of major Slovakian low cost airlines and provided advice to creditors on repossession of aircrafts.
