New arrivals: José María Cusí and Catherine
Ramsay
We are delighted to welcome two new joiners to
our international incentives practice. In Madrid, José María
Cusí has joined us to head up Bird & Bird's Tax Group in
Spain. In London, Catherine Ramsay joined us in October 2008
as an assistant solicitor, advising on general taxation and employee
incentives.

On
5 November, Beatrice Chivers from our London office and Kasper van
Eck from our office in The Hague presented an ifs
ProShare training session on International Share
Plans.
Colin
Kendon will be speaking at the 21st Annual Conference of the
European Centre for Employee Stock Ownership in Cannes on 9-10th
July 2009. Colin will be presenting a series of case studies
on implementing employee share plans in China.
