Centrum Medyczne Mavit Sp. z o.o. and its shareholders were recently advised by Bird & Bird’s Warsaw office on a private equity fundraising and partial share buy-out. Established with its first hospital in Warsaw over 10 years ago, Mavit is a private healthcare institution with currently two facilities in Warsaw. The transaction funding will help finance Mavit's expansion plans, including a new ophthalmology ward at their new hospital in Katowice.
The team was comprised of Warsaw Corporate Partner Zdzislaw Wieckowski, Patryk Galicki and Wojciech Jagnieza.
