Titusz has gained an excellent reputation within the telecommunication and information technology industry and also recognized for his expertise in employment and litigation matters.

Titusz is the head of the Communications, Information Technology (IT) and Employment teams in our Budapest office.

His main experience lies in telecommunications and information technology matters, both regulatory and commercial, including telecommunication licensing and bidding, interconnect and other wholesale agreements, litigation, administrative proceedings, acquisitions, employment matters, including general contractual matters, dispute resolution, restructuring employee transfers, and secondment and public procurement matters, including bidding and litigation.

Titusz also has strong experience in competition matters, including administrative proceedings; in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. His expertise also includes data protection law, intellectual property and media law.

Titusz has participated in preparatory works for the telecommunications legislation. His publications include the International Telecommunications Law, 2006, Hungarian Chapter (editor: Dennis Campbell).

Titusz speaks fluent Hungarian, Polish and English, and has a good knowledge of French and Russian.
