Patryk joined Bird & Bird in 2009. He has over ten years of professional practice (including domestic and international markets, at Polish and UK law firms). He has a vast experience and knowledge in the areas related to real estate, corporate law and civil law. For over six year he was providing legal assistance to major international real estate funds and has participated in numerous multi-million acquisitions of office buildings and shopping malls throughout Poland. Additionally he advised on leasing, financing and refinancing of real properties. Furthermore Patryk was involved in many M&A transactions, both domestic and international (including cross-border transactions). He also advised on telecommunication matters, including MNO/MVNO/MVNE operations. Patryk also represented clients before Polish courts with regard to restitution claims and administrative proceedings.

Patryk graduated from the Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration in Poland where he received his master’s degree with honors. He is admitted to the Warsaw Bar.

Patryk published in i.a. Gazeta Prawna (Polish Legal Newspaper) and Forbes magazine. Patryk hosted seminars on corporate law and was a speaker at numerous Polish and international conferences.

Patryk speaks Polish and English and has knowledge of Russian and German.
