A partner in the Commercial Group based in London, Nick acts as head of that group as well as head of our London office.

Nick regularly advises on outsourcing projects and other services arrangements, network procurement and infrastructure contracts, managed services agreements, technology cooperation arrangements and collaboration arrangements. Nick is also widely experienced in dealing with day-to-day commercial issues faced by companies, such as agency and representation agreements, consumer law, advertising and sales promotions, product labelling and data supply.
