Michael Frie is Chairman of Bird & Bird’s Global Board. He provides commercial and dispute resolution advice to clients mainly in the IT, Communications, Media and Sports sectors. Michael has vast experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and disputes. He regularly acts as counsel in Swedish court proceedings as well as Swedish and international arbitration proceedings.  In addition he serves as arbitrator.
 
A considerable part of Michael’s practice is international and he has acted as project leader in a great number of cross-border projects.
