Marie has built a strong practice acting on major aviation disputes.
Marie is a senior associate within our Dispute Resolution and Aviation Groups, based in Paris.
She acts in major disputes involving industrial risk and has particular expertise in the aviation sector. She also advises French and international companies and insurers on various types of commercial and civil liability disputes, as well as aviation regulation, ground handling disputes, aircraft repossession, insurance law, product recalls and contracts. Marie has acted in major aircraft crash cases, such as the Concorde crash of July 2000 and the Air France flight 447 accident of June 2009.
Marie joined us in 2005 after having practiced in a Franco-Chinese law firm in Hong Kong (Thomas, Mayer & Associés), and within the Aviation department at Clyde & Co. She holds a Master's degree in Business law, as well as a specialisation degree in European law and a post graduate degree (DESS) in International Business law.
