Marc is an IP partner in The Hague. He has substantial experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly in the field of patents (pharmaceuticals, chemical, electronic and mechanical engineering), pharmaceutical advertising, trademarks and copyright. He has in-depth knowledge of cross-border European patent litigation.

Marc has also represented clients before the European Court of Justice.

Marc is a member of AIPPI, INTA, LES and BMM.
