Karol is a partner of ATMD Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property and Technology Group. She has a wide range of experience in Intellectual Property and Technology law and practice including IP litigation, and advising on the protection, enforcement of IP rights. She also advises on IT contracts and commercial transactions involving technology and intellectual property, such such as licensing, franchising and collaboration agreements.

Karol graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Honours) degree in 1997. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1998.
