Jeroen van der Lee started practicing law in 1995.  He joined Bird & Bird in December 2001.

Jeroen has advised on various complex commercial transactions, particularly in the IT and communications sectors.  He is particularly experienced in advising on (cross-border) outsourcings, communication infrastructure procurement, consumer law and agency/distribution agreements. His client base varies from innovative internet start ups to listed companies and includes both Dutch companies and multinationals.

Jeroen regularly speaks at local and international seminars, most recently on a conference of the NVviR on the legal aspects of cloudcomputing, and he is the author of various publications in the areas of his expertise.

Jeroen van der Lee is a board member of the Dutch Association of ICT lawyers and member to several ICT associations.
