Frédérique is the managing partner of our office in Paris. She also acts as head of the French Communications Sector Group and co-head of the French Information Technology (IT)/Commercial Groups.

She specialises in IT and communications law and has considerable experience in the field of digital media.

She advises IT suppliers and communications operators as well as professional organisations, public entities, regulators, international organisations, and governments, as well as important users of IT and electronic communication services.

Frédérique provides the full scope of advice and legal services, including the drafting and negotiation of various types of contracts for the industry of information technology and telecommunications. She is also a leading lawyer in commercial and antitrust disputes in these sectors.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1983, she was one of the first lawyers in France to specialise in IT. She holds a PhD on software legal protection and has led many studies in the field of telecommunications liberalisation on behalf of governmental organisations or public financial institutions, with a clear focus on developing countries.
