Dominic is responsible for Bird & Bird’s Major Programme Team. The team focuses on projects that tend to include significant bespoke elements combined with large systems integration responsibilities, complex multi-vendor supply chains and which typically exceed £250million in value. Dominic is used to working on both Government and industry projects and regularly deals with nationally/corporately sensitive subject matter.

In one of his many projects, Dominic was seconded into a FTSE 20 company responsible for the legal and commercial execution of a number of nationally sensitive programmes, where he led a fully integrated in-house/Bird & Bird team.
 
Dominic has been a partner at Bird & Bird for 12 years and is currently an Associate Fellow of the Oxford Saïd Business School (MSc Major Programme Management).
