Christian Luthman is a partner and the Head of the Tax and the Real Estate Practice Groups in Stockholm. Christian has considerable experience in providing corporate tax advice on a range of domestic and international transactions. For the past two decades Christian has been working on tax structuring and with pre sale of assets or stock for Swedish companies. He has also done structured finance work for banks and equity funds and tax related M&A work. Furthermore he has carried out lots of work for real estate companies.
