Chris is an associate in the Bird & Bird Dispute Resolution Group, having qualified into the Group in September 2008.
During his training and since qualification, Chris has experienced a wide range of commercial litigation in both the High Court and the County Court. He has regularly been involved in drafting statements of case, preparing and responding to court applications and drafting witness statements, as well as preparing and delivering legal advice in relation to a variety of contentious matters.

Chris has also spent time on secondment at the legal department of a major internet payment services provider. During this time, he was responsible for dealing with both claims threatened and brought against the business, ranging from small county Court actions up to much larger High Court proceedings.
