Angus is a partner in the UK Corporate Group specialising in venture capital and private equity transactions, private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.  His practice involves a significant amount of cross-border work.

Angus has advised investors, companies and management teams on a wide variety of PE/VC-related transactions in the technology, life sciences and cleantech sectors. He has acted for investors such as Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, Tate & Lyle Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, Union Square Ventures, Mangrove Capital Partners, Aescap Ventures, Global Finance, InMedia Invest, Scottish Enterprise, Indigo Partners, Spectrum Equity Investors, General Atlantic Partners, T-Venture, Blue Run Ventures, GIMV, Apax Partners, The Carlyle Group, Duke Street Capital, Industri Kapital, Geocapital Partners, Gores Technology Group and Soros Private Equity Partners.
